Overview

Tochigi Prefecture has produced such talented artists as Takahashi Yuichi, Kawakami Sumio, Osakabe Jin and Fukasawa Shiro. In this exhibit we introduce works on loan from the Tochigi Prefectural Museum of Art collection by artists associated with Tochigi Prefecture. The myriad of oil paintings, watercolors, woodblock prints and other works will give visitors an overview of the artistic currents flowing through Tochigi Prefecture.
